Biography
Rabbi Shloime Twerski was born into an important Polish Chasidic family in 1923 and died in Denver, Colorado in 1981. In 1945, he became a rabbi at Zera Abraham which was founded in 1887 by Cotopaxi families. He organized the Talmudic Research Institute and Congregation (TRI-Sulom Congaregation) in 1970. The TRI-Sulom was an orthodox Chasidic synagogue and study center.

The records consist of three dinner journals for the TRI-Sulom. One is titled "To Build and Be Built (1984), the second "The Words of Torah are Life to us" (1988), and the third is from the Annual Dinner June 23, 1991. The Dinner Journals contain information on TRI-Sulom and tribute advertisements. The Journals are in English and Hebrew.

TRI-Sulom Congregation Records
The Talmudic Research Institute (TRI-Sulom Congregation) was an orthodox Chasidic synagogue and study center organized by Rabbi B. C. Shloime Twerski in 1970. He was succeeded in 1981 by his son Rabbi Mordecai D. Twerski. Rabbi Mordecai Twerski led the TRI-Sulom until returning to New York in 2000. The records consist of three annual fundraising dinner journals.
