Abstract

This box contains sketches of the sets for the CCOH productions 'Tosca' during the 1956 season, 'Fidelio' during the 1947 season and two unknown productions. Sketches of CCOHA affiliates Anne Evans, Frank St Leger and Robert Edmond Jones. Box also contains many illustrations for various programs for unknown Opera House Festivals, sketches of Central City and Central City Flags, plaque designs for structures in Central City and Certificate of Incorportation for Tabor Fire, Tabor Mining and the Matchless mine.

Scope and Contents

This series contains sheet music, scores for productions from 1983-2008, costume design, misc. graphic design, scenic design, and manuscripts for productions. Collection of scores are photocopied from original score material and marked by various production staff members. Scores were found in the foundry in Central City and do not represent each production from all festival years. Also in this series are some costume and scenic designs. It is unclear what relation the box containing costume designs by Edward M. Stevenson and Charles Le Marie had to the CCOHA and how they appeared in the CCOHA collection.
