Abstract
The image depicts two unidentified female students from the University of Denver, in July 1885. The one on the left is standing against a large rock, holding a small hand purse, a fur coat on her arm and polka dot dress and a hat with a flower sticking out the top. The one on the right is sitting in a chair with her elbow resting on the arm of the chair, holding an umbrella in the other hand, wearing dark gloves, a dress with lace, and a round hat. The image is a tintype.
