Now retired, Alfred Baltazar "Balt" Baca was an alumnus of the University of Denver College of Law, 1972. His last place of employment before retiring was as a Senior Trial Attorney for the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Office of Special Counsel for immigration related unfair employment practices. "Mr. Baca has over thirty-four years of experience as a Washington, D.C. attorney. He presented over 350 lectures and authored 10 articles on equal employment opportunity issues for various trade journals, newsletters and legal publications." (source
