This series includes high resolution headshots and promotional, performance, and rehearsal photos. It also includes an oversized commemorative 40th anniversary season program as well as set and costume sketches.

This series includes original press releases along with business cards from Communications Director, programs, concert announcements, and high quality photos. Some were kits sent to Glenn Griffin, noted music critic at the Denver Post, as his hand-written notes are visible along with typed copies of a his critiques.

This series includes Colorado Ballet's mailers and ephemera. Mailers are items mailed to season ticket holders, member, and potential members. Some describe the school and its work that year, others are simply fundraising items. Ephemera is a mix of internal documents, invites, and promotional materials. It also includes one large scrapbook and memorabilia/ephemera from Lillian and Freidann.
