Letter informs him that they have admitted to the Sanatorium on the 24th of this month, Brother Kessler [Meyer Kessler], a member of the Fall River Lodge #355, in whose behalf he has written them. Letter states hope that his stay at the Sanatorium will be of great benefit to him and is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
