Steurer, A. Jacobs and H. Anthony were the incorporators. The charter was obtained from the state of Ohio February 6, 1896.")

Abstract Typed letter to Dr. Spivak in Denver from D. J. Zinner on letterhead that states, "Order Knights of Joseph...Cleveland, O." dated "October Sixteenth 1908" [sic]. The letter asks Dr. Spivak to accept I. Diamondstein of Chicago into the JCRS Sanatorium, informing Spivak that he will receive a remittance near the end of the year from Zinner. The letter is signed D. J. Zinner.
