Zinner, Supreme Secretary of Order Knights of Joseph, in Cleveland, Ohio informs that JCRS has invited Marcus Weingarten, a member of the lodge, to enter the Sanatorium to regain his health. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mr. Rickman, Secretary of the Montefiore Lodge #62 of the Order Knights of Joseph, in Cleveland Ohio informs that a member of Mr. Rickman's lodge, Marcus Weingarten, has been invited to enter the Sanatorium of JCRS to regain his health. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

Spivak in Denver, Colorado informs that Zinner has received Spivak's letter and thanks him for the attention given to Marcus Weingarten. Letter is not signed, but "D.J. Zinner" is stamped in blue ink at the bottom of the letter.

The letter informs Zinner that I. Diamondstein has been accepted to join the JCRS Sanatorium for his health and well-being. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.

Abstract Typed letter to Dr. Spivak in Denver from D. J. Zinner on letterhead that states, "Order Knights of Joseph...Cleveland, O." dated "October Sixteenth 1908" [sic]. The letter asks Dr. Spivak to accept I. Diamondstein of Chicago into the JCRS Sanatorium, informing Spivak that he will receive a remittance near the end of the year from Zinner. The letter is signed D. J. Zinner.
