Overview Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Dr. J.B. Fish in Edgewater, Colorado requesting the secretary's name and address at both the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and the Independent Order of Bnai Brith to notify them their member, Mr. Max Glick, has been admitted to the Sanatorium. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
