Abstract Alexander Kagan was born in Paris, France in 1906 to Russian parents. At the age of 14, Alexander began work as a fabric and jewelry designer. He came to the United States in 1922 with his mother Chana (Anna) and his brother Haim Persah (Paul). He worked as a fabric designer in New York and in 1930 he became a US citizen. In 1942, he enlisted in the Army Air Corps and was stationed in Pueblo, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1954 and died in the Denver area in 1994....

Abstract Minnie Golden Milstein was born in Denver and died in Denver March 5, 1958 at the age of 49. She married Harry Milstein and their son was Michael. Collection contains newspaper clippings, a New York port of entry card, notes and certificate from the United States Air Force to Minnie Milstein for her bravery in saving an airman after a B-29 crashed outside of her home in the Hilltop subdivision, badly damaging the home. She wrapped the airman in a blanket and saved him from burning to death...

Abstract Charles Murdock Schloss received his engineering degree from the University of Colorado and joined the Lindrooth Engineering company in 1918. His son Charles (Chuck) M. Schloss joined his father at the engineering firm in 1961. He was in the army for five years in various parts of the United States.
