Biography

Perl-Mack Enterprises was founded in 1952 by Jordon Perlmutter and his cousin Sam Primack. Jordon's uncle William Morrison was also part of the company. Perl-Mack was disolved and in 1983, Jordon Perlmack and his eldest son Jay founded Jordon Perlmutter and Company. Later, son-in-law Shell Cook and son Jonathan Perlmutter joined the company. Perl-Mack Enterprises introduced Denver to the concept of planned community by building the communities of Northglenn, Southglenn and Montbello.

In 1951, he founded Perl-Mack Enterprises with his cousin Sam Primack. Perl Mack introduced the concept of planned communities in Denver in Northglenn, Southglenn and Montbello.
