Overview Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to J. Fishman. The requested death certificate of David Rubin was enclosed with the letter. Spivak also includes a bill for the funeral expenses which amount to $31.50. He explains that he has a money order for $10.00 and cash for $2.05 left from Rubin and states that King David Lodge would only need to pay the new balance of $19.45.

Overview Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to J. Fishman following up about the money for the funeral expenses of David Rubin. He confirms that he will keep the money order of $10.00, as well as the cash for $2.05. He asks Fishman to send the remaining $19.45 to JCRS at his earliest convience. The letter is signed "Secretary" at the bottom.

Overview Handwritten letter from Jacob Fishman, a member of the King David Lodge, to C.D. Spivak asking if he can retrieve a burial certificate for the death of David Rubin. He says that he enclosed one dollar to pay for the certificate.

Fishman continues to say that the King David Lodge will pay for the rest of the funeral bill which amounted to $19.45.
