Biography
The Central Agency for Jewish Education (CAJE) was established in Denver in 1973 and merged with Jewishcolorado, formerly the Allied Jewish Federation, in 2016. The mission of CAJE was Jewish education and it sponsored a resource center that held materials on Jewish issues, life, and culture, including books, and audio/visual resources. They also had teacher training and ran seminars and workshops for Jewish schools and educators for the Rocky Mountain Region. CAJE worked closely with the Jewish Educators Council. CAJE sponsored the Joyce Zeff Annual Israel Study Tour and Jewish Explorers. After the merger CAJE retained its name and brand as the educational and programming division of Jewishcolorado.

This box contains four (4) folders. 1. The Bagel Digested, 2. Interaction, 3. Mailers, and 4. Viewing World Jewish History. Folders 1, 2, and 4 are publication series, while folder 3 contains miscellaneous mailers from the Central Agency for Jewish Education.
Box 36: IST Student Applications, 2010 - 2012
This box contains one hundred and twenty-three (123) folders with applicationn forms and information of students who wanted to go on the Israel Study Tour through the Colorado Agency for Jewish Education and Allied Jewish Federation.
Box 37: IST Trip and Israel Information, 1979 - 2016
This box contains thirty-seven (37) folders with educational material about Israel and the Middle East, journals from students who went on an IST trip, and guidebooks, sixteen (16) CDs with photographs from various IST trips to Israel, and two (2) mini VHS tapes with footage of IST Bar and Bat Mitzrot in 1996 and the return of students from a trip that same year.
Box 38: IST Photographs, 1981 - 2000
This box contains eighteen (18) folders with photographs of Israel Study Tour trips, group photos, photographs taken at the airport before a trip, reunion photographs, and other photographs related to the Israel Study Tour and Israel.
Box 40: Flags
This box contains eight (8) flags. Three (3) Israel flags, one (1) United States flag, and five (5) Ramat HeNegev Regional Council flags. There are also three (3) flag stands.
