Lillian Covillo was an alumna of the University of Denver who co-founded the Colorado Ballet along with Freidann Parker. This collection includes photos, programs, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks and ephemera related to Covillo and Parker's dance work and teaching.

Marshall Brooks was a photographer who was actively involved in photographing dancers in the in the Colorado region. This collection contains photographs, color slides, brochures, and clippings from Marshall Brook's career. It also contains materials from Brook's family friend, Hanya Holm.

Abstract Maxine Munt was a modern dancer and dance educator who studied at the Bennington School of the Dance at Bennington College in Bennington, Vermont. In 1952, Munt and her husband, Alfred Brooks, opened the Munt-Brooks Studio in New York. In 1966, Munt and Brooks moved to Denver, Colorado and founded a theater called The Changing Scene.
