Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to A. Benjamin of the United Jewish Charities informing him that Dave Yudelowtiz was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society as an emergency case. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
Letter from C.D. Spivak to A. Benjamin, 1910 May 7
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to A. Benjamin of the United Jewish Charities. Spivak tells Benjamin that he cannot locate Sarah Yudelowitz in Detroit Michigan and he has $62.47 in cash to give to her from her deceased husband. Spivak admits that he already reached out to Benjamin asking for help to find Sarah, but has not received a reply. He again asks Benjamin if the United Jewish Charities can help Spivak find Sarah's address so that he can return the money that belongs to her.
Note from JCRS, 1910 April 15
Handwritten letter from JCRS noting that Dave Yudelowitz was a patient at JCRS in the past. The note states that he is now peddling newspapers and fruit in Denver to support himself, but he is very sick. Yudelowitz also claimed that Jewish Charities of Detroit can supply Spivak with additional information.

Telegram from C.D. Spivak to the United Jewish Charities in Detroit, Michigan. Spivak states that Dave Yudelowitz passed away and his wife cannot be located. He asks the charity to wire burial instructions.
