University of Denver. All Undergraduate Student Association (AUSA)

 Organization

Biography

The All Undergraduate Student Association (AUSA) was a student group at the University of Denver whose primary function appears to have been that of student government (Student Senate). The All Undergraduate Student Association (AUSA) was comprised of every undergraduate student at the University of Denver. The AUSA Student Senate was comprised of representatives elected in the spring quarter. Their responsibility was to act as a voice for the undergraduate student body through the legislative process, communicate with administration, and understand issues facing the undergraduate population.

On April 25, 1968, there was a march and sit in of the registrar’s office to protest graduate students not being allowed on AUSA (All Undergraduate Student Association) ballot.
