Typed letter from Samuel Dorf to C.D. Spivak. Dorf is the current grand master of the I.O.B.A. lodge and he wrote on behalf of the ex-grand master, Max Stern. Dorf tells Spivak that he is writing the application for Max Schaeffer who wants to be admitted to the sanatorium.
