Includes draft copies of the bylaws and edits, and documents relating to the planning of the second National Round Dance Convention. Significant contributors are Frank and Iris Gilbert and Roy and Phyllis Stier.

The International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association was started as the National Round Dance Board of Review in 1976-1977, became the Universal Round Dance Council in 1977, and changed to its current name in late 2007. The collection primarily consists of official newsletters and convention syllabi from 1979-2012, plus organizing correspondence from 1976-1979, official convention recordings from 2004-2005, and some ephemera.
