The International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association was started as the National Round Dance Board of Review in 1976-1977, became the Universal Round Dance Council in 1977, and changed to its current name in late 2007.

This series consists primarily of annual convention syllabi produced for the Universal Round Dance Council and International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association, dating from the first convention. Syllabi are present for 1977-2007 in physical form and 1977-2012 as PDFs on CD (which includes the 1978-2012 newsletters as well).
