The International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association was started as the National Round Dance Board of Review in 1976-1977, became the Universal Round Dance Council in 1977, and changed to its current name in late 2007.

The International Choreographed Ballroom Dance Association was started as the National Round Dance Board of Review in 1976-1977, became the Universal Round Dance Council in 1977, and changed to its current name in late 2007. The collection primarily consists of official newsletters and convention syllabi from 1979-2012, plus organizing correspondence from 1976-1979, official convention recordings from 2004-2005, and some ephemera.
Music with Choreography, before 2002 February
This series consists of a single minidisk and an accompanying cue sheet. The minidisk contains an MP3 file of the song “Oh, How I Miss You Tonight” performed by Jim Reeves and Deborah Allen. The cue sheet is for a dance choreographed to this music and titled the “I Miss You Waltz,” choreographed in 2002 in memory of cancer victims Marilyn McAdams, Deann Voss, and Mickey Moore (co-president of URDC who passed away in 2001).
