Receipt states: For Deceased Michelson Sarah In Block 2 No. 310 and has $14.50 for the total without any other itemization. In pencil at bottom is written: "1 gold ring"; illegible phrase including word "setting"; and "Cash 5 75/100". There is a signature on the "President" signature line written in pencil.
