Overview Note that states ex-patient, Asher Cooper paid $3.00 and the receipt was sent to him. It also says that the last payment was from El Paso, Texas.
Overview Typed note that states received from Mrs. Koppleman check for $28 to be using for assisting Mr. Jos. Baronizky. A check for $10 was giving to him today. Under it, date Aug 29/1910, it reads "check for $6.50 giving Mr. Baronizky leaving a balance of $11.50"
