Sigman family

Joseph Sigman and his daughter Sara Sigman Schonbrun are shown inside his grocery store on King and West Colfax, Denver, Colorado. This series contains photographs and papers about the Sigman family and the K. and B. Packing Company in Denver, Colorado. Louis K. Sigman and his sons Sam and Morris Sigman distributed free meat from their company during the depression from 1931-1940. Most of the material consists of digital images that were scanned from two scrapbooks.
