Biography
Elizabeth H. Richardson moved to the University Park area of Denver, Colorado in 1963. She was head of the South Jackson Street Neighborhood Association, and created a newsletter entitled The South Jackson Street Life and Times, which was published when there were important zoning issues that involved the neighborhood. Richardson ran for election as Colorado State Representative in 1976. Her husband, Robert, was a professor in the English Department at the University of Denver.
