States a telegram was sent Oct. 10th and 11th announcing, "Louis Cohen, died at our Sanatorium on Thursday, Oct. 1oth at 3:15 pm. He was buried on the following day, Friday the 11th at 2:00 pm at Mount Nebo Cemetery, section 25 and lot 62." Additionally, letter requests a bill for $44.50 regarding funeral expenses be paid.
