Biography
b. May 18, 1915; d. Nov. 1979. William P. "Bill" Steen, a public service employee, married Leone E. Steen in 1940. In 1946 they moved to his mother's house in the University Park area of Denver. He later was co-owner of the Birlauf & Steen photo studio at 401 Delaware St. in Denver.
