Abstract Typed letter from Boris Thomashefsky in New York City, New York, to C. D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, asking the JCRS in Colorado to admit a Mr. Samuel L. Kravitz into the Sanatorium. Kravitz was a patient of Thomashefsky's society in New York. The letter is on "Boris Thomashefsky Proprietor and Manager" letterhead. It uses red and black ink, also has two pictures, one of a male, one of a female. Letter is signed in ink "Boris Thomashefsky".

Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Boris Thomashefsky in Brooklyn, New York, informing him that the JCRS has sent a letter that says Samuel Kravitz has been accepted to admit into the Sanatorium. Kravitz was a patient in Thomashefsky's Sanatorium in New York. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
