Biography
b. 1885 September 4, d. 1919 August 29. George Klein (originally Kleinberg) was born in New York to Russian born parents. His father, Hymen Kleinberg, came to Denver because he had TB and was admitted to JCRS in 1918. George moved to Denver because of his father, Bringing along his wife Rosa and two sons Harold and Marvin. George was a Denver police detective who was gunned down in the doorway of his home. Buried in Rose Hill Cemetery.
