Overview Typed two-page letter to Jacob Marinoff in New York City from Dr. Spivak dated October 24th, 1908. The letter explains the problem of Jacob, M. Zeffert, and Moe and Bessie Lieberman predetermining that the Liebermans will be admitted into the JCRS Sanatorium on the day of their arrival in Denver. Spivak explains that JCRS cannot assure that all new patients will have vacancies in the Sanatorium immediately. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
