Overview Typed letter in blue ink to "Mr. Max Stern, Grand Master I.O.B.A., Florence Bldg., New York City" from Dr. Spivak dated "September 2, 1905" [sic]. The letter informs M. Stern that M. "Buxaum [Buxbaum], son of Simon Buxaum [Buxbaum]" has been accepted into the Sanatorium to restore his health [sic]. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
