Harryette Bercu is on the left wearing a tutu and Dorothy Bercu is wearing a costume with pants and a tall decorative helmet. Both girls are standing on their toes in ballet shoes. The sisters were part of the Orpheum Vaudeville circuit in the 1920s and 1930s.
Ima Mistachken and Beverly Bercu, 1948-1949
The file contains a radio program featuring Mort Silver and The Center Players of Dallas program for "The Women." Mort Silver was the stage name for Ima Mastachnik, the eldest brother of Olive Mistachnik Bercu and the uncle of Dorothy and Beverly Bercu.

Ima Mistachkin standing on stage dressed in tuxedo, cape, and wearing a top hat and carrying a cane. Ima Mistachkin was the eledest brother of Dorothy and Harryette Bercu's mother. Performing as "Mort Silver," he was was a "Singing Star, of Stage, Screen, and Radio." The Bercu family was involved in Vaudeville for many years.
