Overview Typed letter to Dr. J. Gelien in Edgewater, CO from Dr. Spivak dated October 19th, 1908. The letter asks Dr. Gelien to admit Morris Gottlieb into the JCRS Sanatorium as an emergency case, and to release him after his symptoms are over. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.

Overview Handwritten note to Dr. Spivak of JCRS with typed heading that reads, "OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT, EDGEWATER, COLORADO" dated "Oct. 20th 08." The note reads, "This is to certify that Mr. Morris Gottlieb left- $20.00 twenty in gold[;] one silver watch." The letter is unsigned
