Oransky in Des Moines, Iowa, wondering about the history of a former patient, Adolph Berman, and if he is still living and his address, and if he passed away, when he died and where. Letter is singed in ink "C.D. Spivak". At the bottom of the letter, handwritten in pecil it reads "Died about a year ago". It is underlind and then there are three sets of numbers, one of the being Berman's Patient # 895.
