The note states Abraham Golubow wishes to go to Omaha, New York and then off to Russia. Schwatt states that he is a very sick man and his strength is getting worse day by day. Schwatt believes that he should have some more days at the JCRS Sanatorium but Golubow is pretty set on leaving. Note is unsigned.
