The front reads "United States Express Co., Forwarders of Merchandise and Valuables by Fast Express Passenger Trains and Steamships to all Parts of the World." On the back it reads handwritten in pencil, the JCRS in Denver, Colorado, shipped Sam Blumberg to Rosie Blumberg in Cincinnati, Ohio. Written in pencil it reads "Paid 4.88."
