Biography
Elta Marsha Lee Milkove was born in Vilna, Lithuania on December 20, 1899. She married Julius Cohen on September 24, 1925. Elta Cohen was the long-time secretary for Rabbi Manuel Laderman at the Hebrew Educational Alliance. She died in Denver April 6, 1993.

Elta Marsha Lee Milkove Cohen (1899- 1993) was a major fixture in the Congregation Hebrew Educational Alliance. She worked as secretary to Rabbi Manuel Laderman and was very active in the Denver Jewish community. She married Julius Cohen on September 24, 1925, and they had three children: Harold, Phillip, and Edward.

Contains a 1983 presentation speech to Elta M. L. Cohen written by Rabbi Manuel Laderman, and a 1988 book with a short family tree for the Cohen and Milkove family, photos of the families, a presentation by Rabbi Laderman and a play by Elta Cohen. She was the long-time secretary to Rabbi Laderman.
