Abstract Typed letter on New York Life Insurance Company stationary from B. Horvitz addressed to Dr. C. D. Spivak stating that "the holder of this letter is the same one that I appealed to you in his behalf sometime ago." Horvitz asks Spivak to "try and do your best to get him in the hospital" and, if unable to immediately admit him, to "kindly take care of him until you can arrange to take him there."
