Telegram from C.D. Spivak to S. Schwartzberg responding to his telegraph regarding the admission of David Rubin. Spivak tells Schwartzberg to send Rubin at once and to provide him with a means to pay for himself while he is in Denver. He lets Schwartzberg know that he will admit Rubin soon.
