Abstract Application form of Louis Gonda for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. He was age 40 at the time of the application. He immigrated to the U.S. from Austria in 1901. He lived in Perth Amboy, New Jersey for 7 years where he contracted tuberculosis. He had also been sick for 3 years upon arrival to Denver, Colorado. His occupation states he was a photographer. He was married and had five children. The verso of the application states he was admitted on April 7, 1910...
