Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak. He addressed the letter as "To whom it may concern" and mentioned that Dave Yudelowitz was a patient at the National Jewish Hospital for Consumptives three years ago. Spivak finishes the letter by mentioning that Yudelowitz was advised by his attending physicians to go to a warmer climate, like Los Angeles.
