Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak. He addressed the letter as "To whom it may concern" and mentioned that Dave Yudelowitz was a patient at the National Jewish Hospital for Consumptives three years ago. Spivak continues to say that Yudelowitz has been suffering from asthma and cannot stand the cold climate in the Rocky Mountains. Spivak finishes the letter by mentioning that Yudelowitz was advised by his attending physicians to go to a warmer climate, like Los Angeles.

Abstract Handwritten letter from J.B. Fish to C.D. Spivak. Fish informs Spivak that patient, Dave Yudelowitz is asthmatic and cannot sleep during the cold nights in Denver. Yudelowitz also did not want to sleep in a bed next to other very sick patients. He tells Spivak that Dave needs a warm room or change in climate where the nights are warmer.
