Spivak tells Benjamin that he cannot locate Sarah Yudelowitz in Detroit Michigan and he has $62.47 in cash to give to her from her deceased husband. Spivak admits that he already reached out to Benjamin asking for help to find Sarah, but has not received a reply. He again asks Benjamin if the United Jewish Charities can help Spivak find Sarah's address so that he can return the money that belongs to her.

Spivak is pleased to inform Yudelowitz that the Admission and Dismission Committee of the JCRS extends an invitation to come to the sanatorium. Spivak also provides instructions when accepting the offer. Yudelowitz must present the letter to the superintendent of JCRS within two days. Spivak hopes that his stay at the sanatorium will be beneficial for his health.

Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to N.P. Levin. Spivak informs Levin that Dave Yudelowitz was a patient at JCRS some time ago, but Dr. Hillkowitz could not find any signs of tuberculosis in Yudelowitz's sputum. He tells Levin that Yudelowitz is now very sick and Dr. M.J. Krohn exmained him recently and found that Yudelowitz suffers from both asthma and tuberculosis. Spivak asks Levin to give Yudelowitz the benefit of the doubt and admit him as an emergency case.
