Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Masliansky informing him that Nathan Leib was invited to the sanatorium as an emergency patient on May 16th, 1910.
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to Mr. Israel Leib informing him that his son, Nathan Leib was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society as an emergency case. Spivak trusts that Leib's stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to N.P. Levin asking him to admit Nathan Leib as an emergency patient. Spivak tells Levin that he received a note from Dr. E. Friedman which stated that Leib had a hemorrhage and was not receiving any attention at this boarding house. Spivak signs the letter “Secretary” at the bottom.
