Spivak trusts that Horwitz’s stay at JCRS will be beneficial for his health. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom. The envelope is addressed to Clara in Chicago, Illinois. There are several stamps regarding Clara's incorrect address; therefore, the letter was returned to JCRS.
