Overview Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to I. Horwitz. Spivak wrote on behalf of the Admission and Dismisson Committee to remind Horwitz that his stay at the sanatorium will expire on May 1st, 1911. He asked Horwitz to make all preparations needed to leave by that date. He also stated that he would like Horwitz to keep JCRS up to date regarding his health.
