Abstract Application form of Annie Cray for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. She was age 53 at the time of the application. She was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1906. She lived in Philadelphia when she arrive to the U.S., but contracted tuberculosis in Russia. Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to N.P. Levin asking him to admit Annie Cray as an emergency patient. Spivak tells Levin that he received a note from Dr. E. Friedman that stated that she has suffered from a hemorrhage for about two weeks and Friedman recommended that she be admitted as soon as possible.
