Telegram to Dr. Charles Spivak that reads "Joe Baronzky claims was patient at your sanatorium did you send him to omaha wire". Telegram was sent by "Jewish and (sic) Society", and it's dated as February 1911, but it's possible to infer it was February 2nd by context.
