He asked Goldblatt to make all preparations needed to leave by that date. He also stated that he would like Goldblatt to keep JCRS up to date regarding her health. He hopes that Goldblatt's health continues to improve outside of the sanatorium. The letter is signed "Secretary" at the bottom.
