Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to I. Schwartz. Spivak wrote on behalf of the Admission and Dismisson Committee to remind Schwartz that his stay at the sanatorium will expire on December 25th, 1911. He asked Schwartz to make all preparations needed to leave by that date. He also stated that he would like Schwartz to keep JCRS up to date regarding his health. Spivak hopes that his health continues to improve outside of the sanatorium. The letter is signed "Secretary" at the bottom.
