Overview Letter contains copies of two previously separate letters, one addressed to C.D. Spivak from Elsie Blau and One from C.D. Spivak to Miss Elise Blau. Top half contains a typed copy of the letter from Elsie Blau addressed to C.D. Spivak. Blau explains that the late Mrs. Kokush had in trust $20.33 which she wished to be turned over to JCRS upon her demise. A check for that amount was included with the letter. Overview Typed letter from C.D. Spivak addressed to Miss Elsie Blau, 947 University Ave., Boulder Colo. The letter discusses the location of the grave of Carrie Kokush, Elsie Blau's aunt, who died on September 11, 1910 in the sanatorium. The location of the Golden Hill cemetary is described and Mrs. Kokushs site number is listed. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is type on the bottom.

Letter from Elsie Blau to JCRS, 1923 August 26

Overview Handwritten letter from Elsie Blau addressed to the Jewish Consumptive Relief Society in which miss Blau asks for information regarding the location of Mrs. Carrie Kokush's grave, who died in the sanatorium about 14 years prior to the letter. Elsie Blau states that she will be in Denver for only one day but would very much like to visit the grave. She included a self-addressed stamped envelope in the letter.
