Abstract Dr. Sharon Greenleaf La Pierre's career in art and art education spans more than 30 years, beginning with design and textile crafts at several community colleges. Dr. La Pierre developed departments at those colleges dedicated to design and weaving, while she continued to develop her own craft as an exhibiting artist.
